Qualifications Must be able to build a computer from scratch. Must know DOS, Windows (all versions). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Professional and courteous. Must have 2 years of college in Information Technology. Must have at least 6 months past work experience. Mac experience a plus, but not required. Position description Primary job responsibilities Assist users with computer-related issues. PC Hardware Troubleshooting and PC Software Troubleshooting, as well as Printer Troubleshooting. What students will learn from this internship Students will have the opportunity to work in an organization that is using all new technology (Win NT, Win XP, 2003 Servers, Exchange 2003), while gaining exposure to a LAN and WAN environment.
