Screen Tapes Provide administrative support such as mailings, running errands to production facilities,making copies, fielding phone calls and answering phones Coordinate follow-up letters/mailings after Marketing meetings as-needed Work with freelance producers helping them obtain their needs Gather data and compile for marketing/creative services Help with day-to-day organization of the department Prepare correspondence, spreadsheets & documents
