Postion - IT/Audit Intern

We are currently looking for our Summer 2004 Accounting/Finance Department Interns in areas such as Tax, Accounting, Global Financial Systems and Internal Audit. The internship, running from June – August, gives individuals an opportunity to build a strong career foundation at Chubb. Interns are exposed to the routines, complexities and demands typical of an entry-level position. The ideal candidate will have a major in a Finance field, preferably in Accounting or Finance. Minimum grade point average overall and in major 3.0 preferred. Requires ability to maintain pertinent documentation, strong organizational skills, ability to plan, prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a timely and effective manner, demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with management and other staff members. Technical knowledge and understanding of the Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc) and ability to learn and effectively utilize other Accounting systems.
