Postion - Customer Service Internships

Provide operational support to commercial underwriting department. Duties will include reviewing and processing commercial insurance policies and other related transactions. Work directly with independent insurance brokers to provide service in support of team objectives including timely policy issuance, premium collections, and maintenance of open items. Ensure full utilization of technology while collaborating with team members to achieve customer satisfaction. High School Graduate; Some College Preferred. Ideal candidate must be highly organized and able to independently manage desk and prioritize requests in a high volume, cyclical environment. Strong interpersonal skills required for both internal and external customer contacts. Excellent oral and written communication skills a must.
